Imagine there was a way you could speed up your vocal progress...

It can happen when you practice in an alpha state of awareness. In a moment, I'll show you exactly how to do it. All it takes is an open, inquisitive mind, and you'll soon be
on the path to making faster progress in anything you try, not just singing!
If you've ever studied the fascinating and sometimes controversial subject of human potential, you'd know that there are four levels of awareness, the beta, alpha, theta and delta.
The alpha state is a kind of dreamy, half awake state where your body becomes completely relaxed, and your mind is most open to new ideas, heightened creativity and faster learning. You don't have to take my word for it. There are dozens, (probably hundreds) of books and reports on the subject.
Just take a moment to consider what this could mean for your singing. If you can spend a few minutes a day getting into the alpha state before you practice...
You could very well achieve the voice you want in a matter of months rather than years!
Here's a quick way to enter this "super learning" state
Start by relaxing your muscles. Take a few deep "belly breaths".
Now, count down from 20 nice and slow. You want to try to get more and more loose and relaxed with each count.
Starting from the top of your head...
Relax your facial muscles...
This is where your voice will project and soar.
Your jaw lets go and drops slightly as the tension in your jawbone releases.
Can you imagine how much vocal freedom and power you'll have at this level of relaxation?
Remember, the more relaxed you get, the better you will sound...
Feel the tension draining from your shoulders. They are loose and dangling comfortable at your sides. Your chest opens, which will instantly give your voice a richer, more mature sound.
Then your abdominal muscles release and you easily fill up with all the air you need for a power packed voice.
Even your legs, your calves and your feet relax.
If you're relaxed enough, you can already "hear" your voice in your mind. You "hear" how perfect you sound, how rich and full and powerful.
And it doesn't matter whether or not you believe that this "alpha state" opens your mind and makes you more receptive to learning new skills FAST...
Whether you believe it or not, you can be sure of one thing...
When you are this relaxed, you are in prime physical condition for spectacular singing! Your breathing is perfect and your muscles are open and ready to sing out freely with more warmth and power than you've ever experienced.
Of course, you realize it's not enough to just relax, and dream about it. You still need proper vocal training. But now whatever you practice will sink in deeply much faster than before.
When you're nice and relaxed, you're voice will get better. I can't put it any more simply
than that.
