Real Singing Secrets - or Just Clever Marketing?
Is it all just smoke and mirrors - a clever marketing ruse to get you to buy yet another course that sits on your shelf and collects dust?
It's tempting to believe all the ads... Instant Stardom... Instant Singing Success, Singing Made Effortless thanks to one little trick... etc...
But is it really true?
I'm reminded of when I first got my driver's license. A friend and I decided to drive from Hamilton to Burlington, a city just 10 minutes away on the highway.
But as a new driver, I had never been on the highway before. And for three days in a row, I got going full speed in the WRONG direction. Obviously, I never made it to my destination.
It didn't matter how fast I drove...
It didn't matter how hard I slammed the petal to the metal...
It didn't matter how determined I was...
I NEVER reached my destination even though it was exasperatingly close - because I was RACING in the wrong direction.
Just like you'll NEVER achieve your full singing potential if you're using improper technique.
Imagine the relief I felt once I finally drove in the right direction.
Of course, success wasn't instant. I still had to get in the car. I still had to take the necessary actions to get there. But what a difference going the right way makes!
When you stop reinforcing bad habits and start singing with the correct technique and mindset - you absolutely WILL notice lightning quick improvement.
Everything that once seemed difficult or impossible suddenly gets much easier.
But complete transformation? That will take a little time.
Now here's the fantastic news...
You NEVER get so good you can't get better. Once you start down the path of correct technique, good vocal habits and an accurate mindset, you'll only get better, better and better as time goes on.
