What American Idol Contestants Need Desperately
I was watching American Idol yesterday.
It nearly broke my heart when I saw the agony of the contestants as they waited for their results only to be turned away disappointed. Even worse were some of the words I kept hearing from them…
"I'm so disappointed in myself."
"I hope I didn't blow it."
"I didn't do as well as I could."
What a horrible feeling to be so young and sobbing in the bathroom because you feel that your dream has been crushed forever. One thing is for sure.
Success in music or in anything worthwhile takes a lot of perseverance
